Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Sage (available at sage.new and associated subdomains), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform.

Sage is operated by Decimal Digital, a SASU incorporated under French law. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Decimal Digital.

2. Description of Service

Sage is an AI-native storytelling and discovery platform that enables:

• —Builders to list and tell the story of their AI-native products, reaching people who are actively looking for them.
• —Explorers to discover AI products through curated, intelligent recommendations.

The platform is currently in pre-launch. Features, availability, and pricing are subject to change. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Sage. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

If you are using Sage on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

4. Content and Product Listings

By submitting content or listing a product on Sage, you:

• —Warrant that you own or have the rights to all content submitted, including text, images, trademarks, and descriptions.
• —Grant Decimal Digital a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and distribute that content on the Sage platform for the purpose of operating the service.
• —Agree that your content is accurate, not misleading, and does not infringe any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or that we deem inappropriate, without prior notice.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• —Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• —Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent product listings or content.
• —Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure.
• —Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform without our express written permission.
• —Upload malicious code, viruses, or any software intended to disrupt or damage the platform.
• —Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in the Sage platform, including its design, software, brand, name, logo, and editorial content, is owned by or licenced to Decimal Digital. Nothing in these terms grants you any rights in that intellectual property.

You retain full ownership of the content you submit. Decimal Digital does not claim ownership over your product listings or submitted materials.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

We do not endorse or verify the accuracy of any product listed on Sage. Interactions between builders and explorers are solely between those parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Decimal Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the platform.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €100, whichever is greater.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Decimal Digital, its directors, officers, and employees from any claim, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your content submissions, or your violation of these terms.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, by direct notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with French law. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
